The seller Mary Robinson runs a website called Well Naturally Products LTD, which sells natural skin and hair products such a shea butter, coco butter, essential oils, etc...
On April 14, 2007 I purchased $26.77 worth the goods, which came out to $39.27 with the shipping costs. On April 18, 2007 Mary Robinson took the $39.27 out of my bank account.
My order was supposed to come within a week. When my order didn't come I sent numerous e-mails to Mary Robinson asking about the status of my order, but she ignored all of my e-mails.
I finally called her company on May 7, 2007, and she told me she didn't know what happened to my order and that she would refund my money.
She said I would receive my refund within 4 business days. I never received my refund, so I sent a few more e-mails asking for my refund.
I called her on the phone, in which she continued to say should would give me a refund, which I now realize she has no intentions of doing. It has been over a month since I placed my order and I have not received any products, nor a refund of my money.
Mary Robinson is running a scam!

I would like to report that I have received my refund from Well Naturally, however I believe the owner of the company only refunded my money after I threatened to take further action. So continue to beware of Well Naturally
