It looks like I am the 7th person angry enough with Bruce Gelerter to register a complaint. Two maybe three complaints, and you could excuse it as bad luck or something but seven complaints definitely points to trouble.

Like the others I too did not receive what was ordered and I too had to deal with Bruce's evasiveness.  After a week of stalling and him "looking into it" he finally came up with it was "due to a mixup in communications with the supplier".

I had contacted the supplier he mentioned and they said they had not dealt with him for over 2 years and would never be dealing with him again. Leaves little doubt really about Bruce Gelerter's character.

I have been demanding a refund for some time now and still he continues to stuff me around.

Avoiding any of Bruce Gelerter's many companies could save you a lot of money and heartache.
