I was scamed to say the least. I agreed to the washball and was told that the gas coupons and the other stuff was free with the purchase. Weeks later the money was drafted out of my account for these items causing other things to bounce. In turn putting me under great amounts of stress. I could not pay my bills because there was no money.

I contacted my bank and recieved the information about where my money went. I filed the proper paperwork which I returned by priority mail and had delivery confirmation. I have called numerous times. Even though I have delivery confirmation they continue to tell me they have not recieved the paperwork. I'm now trying to contact a real person at the corporate headquarters. I found out today that the Customer Service Department is located in Asia. They will not give me a phone number to the coporate office. I will not give up.

Melinda

We too were victims of these bogus companies. There is no Corporate Office. It is a PO box in Las Vegas. Here are some names of people to send registered letters too at the PO box #. One is Daryl Dupree, he is one of the finance people who send apoligy letters that don't mean CRAP to those who have suffered from overdrafts and fees for going over because they stole our hard earned money. Contact the FBI at www.fbi.gov and submit a tipoff report to them about what happened. I try to tell everyone to do this and see if the FBI responds and puts these A-HOLEs out of business. I promised these people that I would not let down until they went down. And I am a man of my word. If you people are out there reading this then you still need to stay on your toes. I don't care if we have received our money back after 7 months and having their checks bounce twice and putting them through collections to get our money. You people will go down. So Melinda please tell the FBI and contact the Nevada Legislators at www.nevada.gov and the US, Nevada, and Texas Attorney General's offices regading this scam. Please keep us posted here.
