Wells Boys Property Management, Palms East Apartments, Oceanside Village Apartments Drug Dealers reside in these apartments and management does nothing to remove them Cape Canaveral Florida

 I walk through those apartments all the time or riding my bike. My friend was the one who almost got killed by the child bike rider. Now the drug dealers are threatening to kill her kids. I was told today that she couldn't get a hold of her kid for two weeks and didn't have phone service. She finally got in touch with her kid, thank god, but he said that two weeks ago he was followed and something happened and she wont tell me because she is in fear for her children and grandchildren. I will continue to walk or ride my bike through these two apartment complexes, watching and listening to help my friend and I want to stay anonymous, for fear of my life. Both apartment complexes are not in a gated community and anyone can go through there.

Palms EAst Apartments that are run by Wells Boys Property Management are located at 211 Caroline st. Cape Canaveral.

All the employees are convicted felons or drug dealers and most of them live on the property. They send their kids to buy dope and terrorize non drug users.  They have spotters in every building letting them know when a targeted person is leaving.  While gone they take the keys and enter your apartment and steal dope if you have it or even alcohol and if you don't they will steal anything they can get their hands on.  If they steal drugs how you going to call cops. If you don't do drugs and they steal something else, how you going to prove it because there was no break in.   There is a drug dealer in every building and terrorize other tenants and threaten to kill them.  This is DOMESTIC TERRORISM. They are crushing up pills and drugging their own small children so they can sell the drugs and do the drugs all the while child is sleeping.  There are large amounts of drugs entering Palms East Apartments which are the yellow buildings and across the street which are the pink buildings. Drug dealers are also bringing in large amounts of automatic weapons to kill non drug users that rat them out.  People are being terrorized and some can't even take out their trash without being in fear of their lives.  One woman identified a child on another womans phone, in which the child age 16 attempted to kill a woman with his bike going at the rate of 20-25 mph. That child has multiple convictions already and is still living on the property and terrorizing the woman.  The woman that identified the child was suppose to move into another building/smaller unit but not Palms East Apartments/Wells Boys Property Management refuses to let her move to the cheaper rent apartment.  She is in fear for her life.
