WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCING ADDED SECOND INSURANCE POLICY INTENTUALLY FOR $280.00 EXTRA ON PAYMENT OF $400.00 FEDERAL WAY Washington

I baught a car from BILL PIER in lakecity, wa and they gave me insurance for a 30-60 days and after 30 days i got my own insurance my car payment was $400.00 to start with i been i faxed the proof of insurance to wellsfargo about 60 times these guys didn't update there system and that's not my fault . after 5 months they said i haven't been paying the full payment all this time. they were adding $280.00 for the past 5 months and late fees and some other charges all that added up to $3100 and $ 400.00 for that month payment and that was they said i had to pay and i told them that i'm going to sue them because this is wrong. why do i have to pay for 2 insurance policy's and they told me they world work something out that i should call them in the morning. and the next morning i got up the had taken my car so i called wells fargo and this over smart MF answered the call and he said i the reason they took the car is because of the payment they said i was paying partial payment the whole time because they were adding on there own insurance. they wanted $3600.00 if i wanted the car back if not they will sell it to someone within 2 weeks. i told them i wasn't going to pay that because i don't owe that much he said i have to pay that they can't take just the $400 that was due for the payment of that month they wanted $3600 and i just said no. and the guy said and this is in his words((people like you don't make it easy to make some money))) $3600 is nothing for them and It's 2 months of work and i have other bills.i don't owe them $3600. the payment for the car is only $400 and there adding there own insurance while i have my own. i dont' understand. now i don't have a car they took my 5 months of payments and the down payment and gave me a bad credit rating and left me without a ca.
WHAT CAN I DO CAN I MAKE THEM PAY OR GIVE MY CAR BACK BECAUSE I BEEN MAKING THE PAYMENT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS SECOND INSURANCE AND WHY DO I NEED IT..SHOW ME A WAY TO CLEAN THIS UP.....
