I am a disabled legally blindd store owner who owns a Jewelry store off Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills

Wells Fargo Merchant Service diverted funds from my customers, merchandise we sold and ran through credit cards through a machine belonging to Wells Fargo Merchant Service, the funds never went into my bank account. We had all approvals and checked ID, months later our terminal stopped working, we could no longer take credit cards, found out the funds and all monies were diverted into a reserve account and received a letter in writing not stating why..months follow we received telephone calls from the San Diego Police Department that the ID and credit cards all matched properly because the pictures on credit cards were fraudulently produced. The business owner was not at fault. All ID matched. But Wells Fargo held the funds and never lost a penny. Wells Fargo even charged $ 2600 or the transaction fee and never gave the money. The person who took the money disappeared and it took years to get a response. Finally we get a letter stating an amount is in a reserve account, never mentioning the letter two years prior we have that has the correct figure. I received a check which I do not want to deposit, probably a trick. Someone in the bank pocketted the money.  Wells Fargo refuses to respond even though I have all proof in writing.

To make matter work, they discriminate me that I am disabled and legally blind and have no money to fight as they put me on a match list and no other bank wants to give us a terminal. We have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales, not having a terminal and all banks say that Wells Fargo is the only person who can take us off that list. In the meantime, Wells Fargo has put a foreclosure on my home and say they want all attorney fees and penalties...........they are like a Warlord in the medieval Times.  They also took unauthorized $ 27,000 from my equity of my home and since two years are changing me confounded penalties and interest. They denied they took the money for years and later admitted that they had a right to go into the equity of my home and take such huge amount of money. They tricked me to open that equity and then after they stole my money, they closed the equity to prevent me to take money.

Wells Fargo would never do this to Bloomindale or Macys because they have a team of Attorneys. Yet I am disabled and legally blind and they know this all. They want to take away my home. I wrote to the Comptroller of currency and no one would do anything. Wells Fargo is like a Tyrant and steals money as they please. I am disabled and there are California Civil Code Section 3345 which is deceptive business practices agaainst the disabled treble damage and all Attorney fees and cost. 

I want Wells Fargo to not threaten me with taking away my home and threatening me with paying on top of that all Attorney fees. Let us turns the tables on Wells Fargo Bank and make Wells Fargo pay for destroying my business and personal credit and trying to take away my home and make it treble damage and let them fear all the Attorney fees and cost they now have to pay.

I work for a processor.

When a bank starts withholding funds, a couple of things could happen.
1-you could have reached your monthly limit
2-you could have reached your per transaction limit
3-you could have excessive chargbacks
4-you could have had an NSF or 2 on the account
5-poor credit

How processing works:  Customer charges to the credit card.  Processor get approval from the bank; then processor pays you.  The customer has up to 180 days to dispute the charge so in essence the processor is loaning the money for 6 months until 180 days expires.  This is why the reserve. If you have any ??
