MY HSUBAND & I, OPENED A CHECKING/SAVINGS AT WELLS FARGO, LK STEVENS WA MAY 2003. FROM THE BEGINNING, WE HAVE FOUND THE ACCOUNT OPENING/SIGNATURE CARD TO HAVE BEEN ALTERED/FORGED. WE BELIEVE THEY HAD ACCESS TO OUR ONLINE BANKING AND CHECK CARDS. WE HAD A FORENSIC, DOCUMENT EXAMINER REVIEW THE CHECKS AND THEY WERE ALTERED/FORGED. WF WOULDNT SETTLE. I HAD TO FILE A LAWSUIT AS OUR PREVIOUS ATTY DIDNT WANT TO GO TO LITIGATION. WE HAVE SO MUCH DOCUMENTATION/EVIDENCE AGAINST THEM VIOLATING OUR FEDERAL CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS, ITS NOT FUNNY! I SAW A FAMILIAR STORY ON THIS SITE. MY ADVICE IS NOT TO GIVE UP! GET A HANDWRITING EXPERT TO REVIEW SIGNATURES AND DOCUMENTS. THEN, GO FOR IT! I HAVE AN EXCELLENT FORENSIC, DOCUMENT ANALYST THAT WOULD PROBABLY, LOVE TO HELP!
