I purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry in Mesa, Arizona back in November of 2004 it was at that time Financed through Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Corporation. I made payments on time and after the first year HSBC offered to re-finance and said they could save me $18.00 a month on payments so I said okay.

A few months later I moved from Mesa, Arizona to Kansas City, Missouri

Had the Arizona title in hand and keep in mind I am making payments to HSBC after re-financing. I go to the Department of Vehicle Registration office to get new tags and I surrender the Arizona title to the DMV Department telling me I would recieve my new Missouri Title in like 4 weeks well 4 weeks went by never recieved new Missouri Title. I then called HSBC to find out why and they told me they were waiting on a Lien Release from Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance that they had sent out letters to them with no results. I then called Wells Fargo in Arizona and they gave me a Wells Fargo here in K.C. to call for they were the ones responsible for failing to send Lien release to HSBC.

I called the K.C. Wells Fargo and they said they would send one out I even spoke with a Supervisor saying he would take care of the matter. A few days later I called HSBC and they still have not recieved Lien Release they gave me a Customer Service phone number to call of Wells Fargo Financial and they told me and HSBC Rep. that they would send it out next day delivery so we waited again three days went by HSBC called and said they had not recieved Lien Release and they had called Wells Fargo and told them it had not came and asked for a tracking number which they could not produce.

I am at this point very upset Tags are due next month and I do not have the paper work I need to get my car legal again. If there is anyone out there who knows anything I can do to resolve this dilemna faster I would be most thankful I have never been through such an ordeal I feel I am be lied to and no one is getting anything done about it and I have to contiue to keep making car payments or they ruin your credit this is so unfair there are many people in this company that should be reprimanded for their unprofessional conduct and lack of poor business practice to the consumers.
