Wells Fargo Home Morgage Wells fargo is taking my home dont understand reasoning? ripoff South Carolina

On jan 2007 my wife and i where layed off from our job due to the company selling the property. We where told we would get severence pay for 60 days to give us time to find another job. I recieved one check in Mar 2007 but did not get anymore after that. I contacted wells fargo and exsplained my situation to them and was told that they could not help us and would not take anymore of my calls.

On june 1 i started to work for the state which pays on the first of every month i exsplained this to wells fargo, after serveral times to get some one on the phone. On the first of july they sent a medeater to my my home to try and help us get some resution to our problem and charged me 800.00 dollars. I was sent a letter at the end of july that my payments where 900.00 dollars a month for the next 6 months.

On aug 5th i deposited my check in the bank and my wife sent the check on aug 6th On aug 14 or 15 i get a notice that my home is in forecloser. After several days of trying to contact them they tell me that there is nothing they can do and sent my check back.

At the time this started i was 2675.00 behind. We tryed to contact some one that would help us but there was no one who would listen to us so here it is aug 30 and the sale date is sept 4, and i just talked to some one who told me that i am now 4,548.92 behind and there is nothing they can do, and suggest that i file bankrupty to stop the forecloser way to go wells fargo another family loses their home.
