Wellsfargo Mortgage Company Wellsfargo Mortgage report late payment while Branch Manager promised not in words while closing my loan. Round Rock Texas

I currently have mortgage with Wellsfargo, and I try to refinancing with them to have better interest rate. Well, the refinancing loan supposed to close in March 25th but it didn't happen for some reason which Wellsfargo never disclose it to me why they can't close the loan while everything was done and set to close on March 25th base on the branch manager.

When the loan was not close on March 25th, Wellsfargo mortgage company reported me to the credit report that I was late for my March mortgage payment, and this ruin my credit badly.

The branch manager at Wells fargo promised me that he personally contacted Wellsfargo mortgage company to ensure there will be no credit report whatsoever, please see the branch manager's email that he promised me there will be no credit report or anything. Well, Mrs. manager it was reported. So I try to contact the branch manager but he never reply to my email, and the district manager called me and said that he had forward my complaint to Wellsfargo department but when I tried to contact them, they didn't have any information about my dispute.

Please be careful when doing business with Wellsfargo, and this will be the last time that I will ever do business with them again. I have been banking with them in the last 15 years, and this is what I have for being loyal customer.
