In November I ordered the Wen Hair Care products. It is rather expensive and they told me I had to sign up for the auto ship. And if I wanted to change that to call and cancel when I received the product. When I receivedthe product, I called the number provided and canceld all further shipments.

After using the product, I decided I really wasn't impressed with it and it is still sitting in my cupboard. All of a sudden almost $100.00 was taken out of my bank account by this company. I called them to see why and they said I was on automatice shipment. I told them I had canceled it and the wantedto get the cancelation # and after all these months I don't have it. Naturally they calimed they had no record of my canceling. Then when I tried to get a supervisor to get a return authorizartion number. No supervisor was available and they would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. Naturally, no one has contacted me.

I know we are in some tough economic times, but to take advantage of customers is rediculous! I'm wanting to return this order and not have to pay the shipping since I did not order these products.
