Well Folks....I guess i spoke too soon about Wendell Auto Brokers. Joy Trejo, the Manager of the on site finance company contacted me on Tuesday April 5, 2011 informing me that they were willing to replace my vehicle. all i had to do was pay the tax tag and title on the car. All though i felt that that was still unfair, i agreed to the arrangement. I went to the dealership on Saturday April 9 , 2011 to speak with Joy about the arrangement we made on Tuesday and to pick out the replacement car. Hardly any of the cars where with in the same price range as the Honda I had purchased. I went back into the office to inform Joy that none of the vehicles were in that price range, which she already knew when she sent me on the goose chase. so she picked out about 4 cars that she said would be with in the same price. one car that i went out to look at was a 2005 cobalt with right at 95,000 mi on it. the Kelly blue book value is only 7,775 and they have it to sale for 12,500 can we say get over! then to top that off. they gave me a quote that didn't even include my down-payment for the Honda which they stated would be. they also had the payment for the cobalt at 440 per month for 2 years at a 10% interest rate. that is absurd! not to mention that the car was full of cigarette burns. Also Joy made the statement to me that i would also have to make a payment on the Honda before i can get another car. So basically these people have taken my down payment, a full months payment on a car that didn't work to start with and are now asking for an additional fee totaling to be right at $2,364. All they want to do is get people's hard earned money by over charging for there vehicles knowing they don't function well because you to have to give them more money to repair the vehicle and pay them payments at the same time. Wendell Auto Brokers, you will never have to worry about doing business with me again!
