for applying for the position. I received and read your email and i feel that you have the qualifications that I am looking for in an assistant. I would like to offer you this part-time position at $430 per week. The hours will vary from 20-40 hours per week. I will send you a time sheet via email that I will want you to fill out and return by the end of each week. I will also discuss with you at a later date some addition pay incentives that I have to offer. You will be paid on a bi-weekly basis.
I'm looking for someone that can be trusted and reliable, someone with good self motivation and working skills.
I am Wendy Evans , 54yrs of age, I'm an entrepreneur and investor by profession and I have been pretty successful in a handful of ventures I get involved in, from the Webb Investment Network in Canada and United State to various social service programs. I most very often get my hands occupied, so it is imperative for me to have an assistant who can
monitor and keep me up to date with my activities. This position is home-based and flexible, working with me
is basically about instructions and following them. I would like to warn you ahead of time before you accept the position I may come at you impromptu sometimes, so i need someone who can be able to meet up with
my fast paced schedule.
As my personal assistant, some of your duties will include:*Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office*Running personal errands, supervisions and monitoring.*Scheduling fund raisers and calling local businesses for charity events.*Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence while I'm away.*Making regular contacts and drop-offs on my behalf.*Handling and monitoring some of my financial activities.*Recruitment and interviewing
The above qualification requirements can be learned if you are willing to take up the challenges.
I'm sure you'll understand I tend to have a very busy schedule at this point as I am presently in England for a summit. I will be back in 3 weeks time.
I really needed to find the perfect person for this job and i am confident you can take up the challenges. On the long run we should have a relatively sound working relationship between us. I am online most of the time as I am hard of hearing so I prefer we contact each other through E-mails but if there is need for me to call, I will be glad to do that. I am glad you are willing to work with me and i promise to be flexible and meet your needed requests as well.
My Husbans Frank as led me into a new business adventure. I have spoken with him and he will be the one helping us through your first project. Like I have stated I have done a lot of fund raising for charities in the US as well as Canada. I, along with my husband, Frank have started a
new project "Paying it Forward." What he is requesting is that my
assistant find a local person in need in their area.
Let me explain further: My husband has decided that it was time for us to help individual families in the United States. Since you know that donations to larger groups is difficult because by the time the money makes it down to the individuals who truly need services there is not much left for them. We have been able to help out several families in need of certain things. We have helped one of our clients who is quadriplegic purchase a wheel chair that allow her to be mobile with a
headpiece attachment. It was unfortunate that her insurance company would not provide funds for this specialized wheelchair in order for her to live a more fullfilling life. We have also purchased a X Box system for a boy who is terminally ill from cancer and provided his mother some funds to purchase a vehicle in order to travel to and from his scheduled appointments. What I need for you to do this week is to find a family or individual who you think is in need of our services. I would like frequent correspondences while you are working. Then as my husband ok's the individual that you have chosen, you will then begin contacting local businesses in your area and surrounding area in trying to gather
funds to assist our new client. Please do not feel overwhelmed by this task and start small. My husband will be there to assist you in this task and we will be willing to provide some funds for the client as well.
