Ms. Wendy Lovejoy is a Property Manager, Mentor, and Real Estate Investor.

I called her after receiving a yellow post it in the mail.  She wanted to know if I wanted to sell my property in Riverside, Georgia. She was very pleasant to talk with I we talked several time afterward. After hearing her approach to purchasing the property. I decided it was not the route I wanted to take. But I might need help with a rental property soon.  Time passed, and I reached back out to her for help with finding a tenant for a rental property in Mableton, Georgia around the first week in March 2017.  We agreed in writing she would find a tenant for $750.00. She found a tenant to the place on May 01, 2017. She collected the deposit and first month's rent. I got the first month rent late May. She sent a check that bounced but quickly resolved the issue. The tenant gave her a deposit for $1500. Her fee was $750. It is July 18, 2017. After repeated phone calls, text messages. And emails she has not paid the $750.00 she owes. I am very saddened by the trust I have for Christians. The sad part, she is good at her job. I have a good tenant. I am thankful for that. But, she has stolen money that is not her and that makes this a bad deal.
