I purchased a dress on-line through Style C Dresses secret, website wattsfarmhouse.com.  Communication through their 'contact us' prompts did not result in a reply.  I purchased the dress anyway seduced by the lowest price of a Cedric Charlier dress I found.  Irecieved no confirmation email regarding my order.  a dress did arrive four weeks later but it was not the correct one.  There was no packing slip.  There was only a dress with no tags in a zip lock back in a mailing bag with the return address label from: wenshanli, 2#Building 11, No. 2 Street, Station Southern Road, Hoibowan, Wuhai City, Inner Mngolia, China.  the amount charged on my credit card was $179 whereas the dress when ordered was $160 with a discount resulting in the price being $144. "No shipping for purchases over $80"
