WERNER ENTERPRISES. FALSE ACCUSATIONS ON DAC REPORT omaha Nebraska

The notation effecting my employment was november 2012 my 3rd week of training.I was accused of damaging a trailer from odessa texas from dollar general my trainer and I signed a paper stating I was not at fault for that damage to the door hignes on the trailer.I left WERNER july of 2013due to a illness in my family I started looking for work December 2014 when i was informed of that incident was on my dac report.I sent WERNER a letter of appeal and received a letter back stating my appeal was denied so the non-chargeable will remain on my record.And that futher inquiries into this matter will not be answered.I called WERNER and I am able to back to that company for employment i find that to be very two faced.WERNER is a big company. That hurts. Drivers and than will let the driver come back for employment.
