Werner International Enterprises - Easton Chemical Supply Sent case of flourescent tubes and case of cleaning chemicals not ordered Medford New Jersey

Werner called my company in April 2009 and asked for the maintenance person. He talked about light bulbs, asking if we used fluorescent tubes. I said we use one on occasion , that we have two light fixtures with 4 foot tubes. I did not order any tubes. About a month later we received via UPS a case of 30 tubes. I immeadiately called Werner over and over for two weeks with no return calls. Then we received the bill. The price was $39.00 per tube and with tax the total was $1179.00! I finally got through to them and after much argueing we sent them back. They refused to pay the UPS charges so the company paid. About the same time in April I got a call from Easton Chemical Supply. They asked if we use all purpose cleaners and I said of course we do. Again no order was placed. Then around May 20 the person called and said he was "sending you something". On June 3rd I received a heavy box via UPS and made the mistake of opening it and it was cleaning chemicals. I called Easton and was talking to the same person as with the Werner Co. The person said she would call the next morning but no call. I'm wondering what the bill will be this time. I'm back in the middle of another nightmare with these people.
