Wesaveyou$ Sold used merchandise as new refused to refund a bad sale rip-off ebay store Wooster Ohio

I purchased a camera tripod on eBay from a member named wesaveyou$, the listing had a long list of purchasing rules such as we are not liable for anything that may go wrong. This list of terms looks like a legal document it is difficult to understand.

This listing has a fuzzy picture and almost no description, but I made the purchase anyway expecting a new tripod as the description suggested. This purchase was shipped right away without any delay; this tripod arrived within five days. However the camera mounting screw was not included, and there is a square opening for a quick change adapter, also not in the box.

This eBay member shipped the tripod, which was a store return or an open box item. This detail was never disclosed in the listing. Since the box had been previously opened, the quick-change adapter was missing; this is what fastens to the camera. Without this piece, the tripod is worthless, no instructions were included and I have no way to contact the manufacturer.

Upon receipt of this error, I attempted to resolve this problem with the eBay merchant who only responded one time requesting the name of the manufacturer. I sent him pictures of the tripod where the part was missing, per his request I also sent more pictures of the box including the UPC for product identification. After waiting ten days, there was still no response from wesaveyou$wholesale regarding this item.

This tripod cost me a winning bid of $10.15 plus $9.00 for FedEx delivery, what a waste of money on this piece of junk. Even if I return it to Ohio, I am still out shipping fees to and from this merchants store. 9.00 initial shipping plus 9.00 return shipping equals 18.00 in shipping fees to obtain a refund of 10.15 this is a rip-off to return a worthless tripod. Basically I am out the 19.15 I paid for this camera tripod which I will never be able to use with its missing hardware.

Buyer beware when it comes to unscrupulous Power Sellers on eBay, this store sells returned merchandise as new. Selling store returns without any guarantee, not even a decent response from their customer service department was obtained. Maybe PayPal will find an amicable resolution to this deceptive merchant.
