The bed is chipping all over and the finish underneath is a black rust. The beds they make are expensive and made cheap! Beverly Hills California

As a senior executive at Wesley Allen, Inc., I can assure you that we stand by our Limited Lifetime Warranty every step of the way. Our beds are designed to last a lifetime, and we are grateful for over three decades of success as an American manufacturer. We believe this complaint about our product to be unfounded. If there is any legitimacy to it, the consumer is welcome to call Customer Service at 323-231-4275 or to simply speak with the retailer from whom they bought the product. A proof of purchase will be required given that we have doubts of legitimacy for the following reasons. Firstly, the posting is dated August 2009 and mentions an employee named Satwa. We have never had anyone of that name work at our company. Secondly, the consumer's address is one that does not exist. Thirdly, we have never used recycled metal. Had we done so, that would not be the reason for a finish fading or chipping in any event. We ship thousands upon thousands of beds per month alone, and we are proud to say that our Returns Dept is the size of an average kitchen. Thank you.
