Wesson Trucking (Lori Wesson) located in WEST VIRGINIA never got paycheck, worked 2 months without pay ???? West Virginia

first off this company found me and stated that they received my resume offline.  I responded to Lori Wesson's email on April 10, 2014 and let them know I was interested in employment.  she sent me a slew of documents to sign and get back to them to set up my online info on their server.  I signed a non compete clause and everything.  thank god I didnt send any personal info other than my address and name and number. 

the company said they would 1099 me and I was ok with that.  my job was to receive packages via ups or fedex and relable them with the usps bar cod and reship to the lables they sent me.  because they said my probationary period would be 30 packages in 2 1/2 months I received 15 packages and when it came down to me asking for my check they said it was put in the mail on May 19, 2014. 

today is july 9, 2014 and to this day I have never heard back from them.  they dont answer the phone numbers I had for them and even went to legnths to take website down completly.  My paycheck was suppose to be $1,200.  unfortunatly I am still looking for work
