West Bay Acquisitions LLC Collecting on 3 year old Hollywood Video fees. Cranston , Rhode Island

I also received a letter stating I owed a debt to Hollywood Video.  They list several titles that I did rent with a date.  The total amount is $71.73 on 5 titles.  Not sure how anyone would rack up that kind of late fee.  I also do not know how I owe any late fees when I was apart of Hollywoods points rewards program. I find it weird that they have no physical address or internet listed on the collection notice.  I plan on filling a dispute per the backside of the notice.  Not sure if it will do anygood.
