Do not buy from this company!   We purchased a refurbished Sub Zero refrigerator from WCBR.  By the time they had shipped it to us (well over their shipping estimates) we were past the complaint period for our credit card company.  We plugged in our refrigerator the day it arrived and it immediatly overheated, filled with smoke, and many components melted. We contacted WCBR immediatly.  

Multiple repair men told us that the unit was poorly reconditioned. Many companies wouldn't work on it for us because of the condition that it was in after the WCBR reconditioning.  WCBR offered in writing to pay for a new unit or to pay for the repairs to the existing unit.  It took 6 repair men and nearly 1 year to get this unit working again and it is still not perfect. When we sent WCBR our final bill, we were told to refer to their 30 day parts only warranty and never heard from them again.  

We have taken them to small claims court in Indiana and won a ruling for court fees and repair costs totaling $1897.91 and they have still made no efforts to pay us. We have taken them back to court for non-payment but little can be done since they are an out of state LLC.  

Beware and avoid this company at all costs! They sell defective and dangerous merchandise.  They make promises that they will not keep and disobey court orders.  They are the single most irresponsible, duplicitious and dangerous company that we have dealt with.
