Do NOT use Westcoastmovingandstorage! this company, rips people off! They showed up in a freight truck that couldn't fit down the street I lived on, and wanted to charge a shuttle fee of $150 to get a smaller truck. They, lie on their rates, they don't insure items that they lose and they, are scattered and un-orgainzed! They will lose your valuables and have you waiting for them to arrive late! not to mention they use very intimidating ex-convicts to load and un-load your stuff! The two guys that unloaded my items, said, that because I had someone else come and help me shuttle my items, they would not unload again! and therefore I pretty much moved all my boxes and large items into my new place on my own!
These people will take advantage of you, I am telling you, pay more and get better service elsewhere.

We reached out to Kay to settle the complaint and we did so by refunding her entire move of just about $1000.00. Thats right we moved her from Oregon to Arizona free of charge just to settle the complaint with her. We care very much about the moves and that they go well. We guarantee your happiness or your money back.

The company listed in this BAD review is a Northern California company with what is aparently a very bad work ethic! I have been in business in Southern California for over 2 decades and West Coast Moving & Storage of Norco California has absolutely NO affiliation with the Northern California company working out of Oakland. We mostly operate in local area such as all Inland Empire cities, Orange Coounty, San Diego County, L.A. County and the surrounding areas of So. California. Our driver's and helper's have been with us many year's and reference's can be supplied attesting to the good quality of thier performance on the job as well as our Companys work ethic. We have our own 26' moving Van's and supply all the equipment required to have a smooth, efficient and professional move. Please do not assume that the similar names mean we are all the same company.
