West End Solutions, LLC in Tarzan, CA has sent us multiple shipments of ink cartridges that we did not order. When we contacted them about this issue they gave us the run around. They offered to exchange the cartridges but said that no refund would be made. The invoices for the unordered items total $1,218.00.

There are several complaints/reports for this company. They also have an "F" rating from the BBB as well as the BCA.
