I have never been so disgusted about anything in my life! My father is 83 years old. He went to West Houston Volkswagon this weekend and was completely taken advantage of. They lied to him about everything. They even admit that they had to have three people come talk to him to make sure he was "of sound mind" so they could sell him a car. They sold him a car for over sticker, gave him several thousand less for his trade in than they told him. Just disgusting to take advantage of an old person in such a way. My mother went up there and tried to explain and get my dad's car back and they won't even consider it. Told her she was irresponsible for letting him drive!!!!! They pray on the elderly. This dealership should be out of business. I may not be able to get my parents money back but I want to warm others about what kind of scum these people are. Marco was the salesman. Shane is the manager. Steve is the general manager and Frank is the owner.
