I received my telephone bill from my telephone company (Sprint) with a charge from West Star Telecom for an international call which was an operator assisted collect call from Mexico of which the number in Mexico is 52-744-445-0485. I do not accept collect calls from anyone including family; do not know anyone in Mexico and did not receive any such call. I tried to call the West Star Telecom number on my telephone bill which is 1-800-713-9078 and could not get through to a live person or was I able to leave a voice message. A representative from Sprint tried to get through also and was not able to do so either. I have heard from friends whom have had this same problem with this company.
