I strongly discourage anyone from applying at west teleservices,inc. They are not only dishonest and having been a former employee, i know personally that they will be willing to suspend someone who was there everyday for 83 days and with a 97% productivity. The AT&T/Cingular linegroup which I was employed screws people over. The main reason they do it is probably because they don't want to pay for insurance once you pass your 90 day probation. They are dishonest, gimmicky and downright rude company who deserves to be bankrupt, which they probably will be in a few years.
