West Town Tax Inc (Lesya Oliynyk) *BEWARE* Ignores all emails and calls Chicago Illinois

I initially reached out to Lesya at the beginning of the year (January 5th to be exact). She instructed me to forward her all of my tax information. She received everything by the middle of February. She sent me an email on February 28th stating that she would call me soon to confirm completion. That call never came. I sent her at least 6 emails to follow up and she didn't have the professional courtesy to respond to a single one. I am a single mother and I work 2 jobs in order to support my family. I don't have the time or luxury to chase someone down who is supposed to be a professional. My mother tried helping me by calling the business for me and was told that everything would be submitted between March 21st-31st. Again, radio silence. My mother called again and they sent her a text saying that they cannot talk. To this day, she has not responded to any email or call. Once she received my personal information, she ignored us. This doesn't sit well with me. What kind of tax professional asks for your personal information, then doesn't complete your taxes or return any emails or calls? There is something VERY suspicious with this business and I will be reporting them to the IRS.
