Westeren General Insurance & Warranty Services Unfair and deceptive Business policies and procedures the ripoff business that doesnt give a dam Calabasas California

For the last 32 years I've been paying the appropriate fees as recognized by the State of California for Insurance. My assumption was that the Insurance Company that you were paying my monthly premiums, in case of an accident would look out for the best of the Coinsumer. What a bad assumption!!!!!!!!!!

I figured I've paid over 25,000 to the Insurance industry in the past 16 years and when I expect them to pay for a minor accident but instead I'm told my car is only worth $5,822 and they deem it a "Total Loss" due to their CCC Valuescoipe AWFUL business practices. CCC handles insurance claim evaluations.

This ios the best part!!! They use free advertisements like the RECYCLER to find your car's worth!!!!!! The people that advertise in that magazine are probably running from the law not abiding by it!!!

So the car I paid 16,000 for 3 years ago and still owe 5,000 goes up in smoke just because the company doesn't feel like addressing my claim. I'm despise Western General Insurance in Calabasas California and vow to use my voice of free speech to let every consumer agency know!!!
