Owner Robert Westerfield Jr.
When I received the costumes they started coming apart at the seams. The Rivets started to separate at the seams. My sons suit did not fit correctly and my costume was not put together correctly either.
I had to buy nuts and bolts from Lowes and Straps, Buckles, and glue from Walmart to put my costume kit together. These two suits were suppose to be DELUXE Versions of the other suits so that I would not have to do anything to them other than work on the Helmets.
I notified the owner (Robert Westerfield Jr.) about the condition of the suits and he promised to give me a full refund after I would mail back the suits to him. He agreed to send me my full refund as soon as he received the suits. After sending him numerous emails, which went unanswered , about my refund, he finally sent an email stating that if I would not accept payments that he would sent me a single check for the full amount by MARCH 2012 and have me all payed up. MARCH 2012 is here and he has not sent me one payment or a full check for the full amount.
Every time I email him about my refund he gives me a different story or excuse about paying me. He has given me 4 different stories about my refund. It is my belief that he is not going to pay me my refund because of all the excuses he has given me so far.
