Western Asset Reserve Bait and switch, false advertising, junk merchandise Kapaa, Hawaii

Western Asset Reserve misrepresents itself as an online auction house. They advertise foreign old money  for sale. The advertisement says "circulated," and the pictures show slightly circulated, clean banknotes with sharp edges and in vivid colors. I bough five, at $3 apiece, and expected to receive the very objects pictured. I received worn out, torn banknotes bearing serial numbers different from those pictured in the advertisements. This junk arrived in a piece of mail that did not show postage cost, but it was an ordinary letter. The "auctioneer," however, charged me $19 for shipping and handling! 

I found on the internet complaints against Western Asset Reserve by customers claiming to have been scammed. These victims wrote that complaining to the perpetrator was useless, and I did not waste my time. I swallowed a small money loss and a considerable humiliation.
