Western Dental ripoff Very poor service, don't listen to medical concerns, charging for extras Escondido And Oceanside California

Because I am a MediCal recipient I usually have to go to Western Dental. I had been ill with serious medical problems for a couple of years and could not go to dentist. When I did go, I FELT WESTERN DENTAL WAS VERY VERY POOR. I specifically told them NO EPINEPHRINE and when they used the other shots please be careful as I had problems with reactions.

BOTH ESCONDIDO AND OCEANSIDE CHOSE TO IGNORE THIS. Both dental offices would come in practically hold me down and shove a shot in my mouth. Then they would walk off and leave me sitting for at least one hr. Then the dentist would come back in at both office and try to give me more shots.

THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. At the Escondido Office I became very nauseated from too much shots and I told them so. The dentist only would say IT OKAY EVERYTHING WOULD BE ALRIGHT. NOT APPROPRIATE. Then because they LIE AND WANT TO YOU THINK THEY ARE REAL DENTIST AND NOT STUDENTS, the dentist insisted I needed an immediate root canal and ugly silver cap. I had not had any problems with my tooth and did not probably need a root canal. Then in the process she chipped the tooth. I did not know this at the time.

The pain has been bad in this tooth. After that experience I transferred to Oceanside Office only to find they were no better. They told me they understood I could not have silver in my mouth due to my immune disorders and would try to get it approved for normal crown. They knew fully well they could do no such thing.

Again they tried to put way to much shots in my mouth and again left me sitting for over and hr and wanted to put more in my mouth. Due to their lack of professional service and poor dentistry I am still left with a big hole in my tooth and much pain because when I asked about their credit program they stated 'YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM AS YOU HAVE MEDICAL THEREFORE THAT DISQUALIFIES YOU AND YOU MUST ONLY ACCEPT WHAT IS OFFERED". I found this to be very contrary to the big large banner outside the office that states 0% down and affordable payments.

Again to this day I HAVE A BIG HOLE IN MY TOOTH THANKS TO THEIR POOR DENTISTRY" and no way to pay for a real porcelin crown because heaven forbid I am disabled and only have MediCal.

I WISH THEY COULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR BETTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING SOMEONES HEALTH IN JEOPARDY BY GIVING TO MUCH SHOTS FOR NUMBING. The ads oon televion are a BIG FAT JOKE, JUST TRY TO GET SOME OF THOSE SERVICES.
