Western General Dealer Services MILEAGE PLUS AVOID PAYING FOR MAJOR LISTED MECHANICAL FAILURE ST. LOUIS, Missouri

I Purchased 2007 Mercedes S550 on April 13, 2012. The merchant AutoNation sold an additional extended warranty provided by Western General, AKA "Mileage Plus." Accordingly to their web site and the advertised brochure, this warranty encompasses major mechanical and electrical failure. Prior to purchase this policy MP000-1070006467, I contacted them and they confirmed, "It is as good as Mercedes or USAA policy. I have not used or had any claim until February 17, 2013 when Power Steering Hydraulic Pump failed.
Mercedes Benz service center assured me of that this Mechanical failure mostly is covered by any/all extended warranty companies. They contacted Western General on February 17, 2013, and my claim of One Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Two dollar ($1462.00) was died. The reason that was offered by the customer service representative was: "even though it is Mechanical and Power Steering failure, we have to match the exact wording of the mechanical failure in our contract. If it does not have the same spelling, we will deny any and all claims."
