Western Mercantile Agency Inc. They Garnished a new bank account with no prior contact. The garnishment was for an amount that is double what credit reports show. Coos Bay Oregon

Western Mercantile is a collection agency that I have previously beaten in court. They walked away with $10.00 after trying to bill me for thousands in previously PAID medical bills. They have a proven history of falsifying and concealing documentation to appease their own agenda. 

They have just Garnished  my checking account I opened a few months ago, for over $2000.00 which is more than all of my credit reports, added together say I owe to OTHER people. They have falsified documentation and inflated debt amounts.  I have received ZERO documentation from them about any of it and still have no clue as to who they think I owe.  This is a small community and grudges can be held. But also, we get to know people. Western Mercantile is the most evil little business in town...They also have a 'billing agency' side, which they then roll over delinquent accounts into the 'collections' side when those bills don't get paid. But they SUCK at processing insurance claims and the gamjes they play with the billings are epic~so it pumps up their collections agency which is more profitable for them. CONFLICT OF INTEREST MUCH?

Now a surprise garnishement..Seriously?  

I am retired and on a fixed disability income. This is just a nasty game they are playing with the most vulnerable people. And then the local merchants use them for a lack of alternatives. Its pathetic. How do we put these jerks out of business?  Can I get an attourney to help for something like this? How can I pay off debts that I don't know exist since they never sent notice. In additon, about half o the medical bills sent to collectios are poorly processed and last year I had 4 whiped off of my credit as a result of questioning it and it being rebilled to Medicare. So I NEVER simply pay a collections bill without examining EVERY detail.  Western Mercantile NEVER sent any statements of notice of any kind. This was a sniper attack on my account. Which I had to close immediatly after paying the bank feeds. I want to sue Western Mercantile..How does one go about this?
