Western Relocations Pride Movers, Inc Western Relocation came out with a small truck to move a 5 bed room house , not the 18 wheels they promised.... and made a mess of my home, & our office stored in my garage . What chaos. La Habra, California

Our company was contacted by this person we had our rep come out and provide a written move inventory and complete move estimate. Our clientele are always ask if any packing is needed we provide the information on how we could pack them with Professional packers and craters.

When our crew show up they new we where going to make two trips he move about 3-miles but he had only started to pack and was way behind they were in bad spot so we try to make a bad situation into a good one

They wanted to pack themselves and just didn't get it done so when we show up we told him he needs to complete it he told us heel get done and ask us to just start moving furniture the shipper is the leader so we try to make our customer happy in any way.

They said we stole and lost some items will not being pack made it vey hard to move all of their household we try On the items missing was a deck and return he ask our crew to get rid of this so they came back with the items He also said all book boxes where missing we found all items in their garage.

The missing desk he refuse to have it brought back out and make a stop payment and call the police to make a report they saw the decks in our warehouse We did all we could for him and the owner call him he made good on the check and that was it we found out the deck was a ruse he make a report to his insurance company make a large claim on a piece that wasn't worth it Evan the agent rep saw the deck at our warehouse he got he claim

But we didn't do anything wrong and he paid no more then the guarantee price I and the team feel we where use to by him we still have his deck Just so he can make us look bad what he said is all lies

The police told us we were ok said we didn't do any thing wrong. Thank you
