I was told that our Timeshare cost $ 13000.00 and all we have to do is to pay $2000.00 for deposit and pay $324 a month. 

After four years of accurate payments via my Chase bank checking account . I asked them for my remaining balance and I was told 10000.00 . I asked them how come? Then they told me that the 13000.00 was refinanced . I told them why didn't you tell me that before since I was paying for something that wasn't built yet. I asked them so what can I do at this point ? 

I was told that I can resign a new contract to delete the previous one. I lost over 10000.00 and don't want to loose more.

They quickly send me some documentasions that the property will be placed for sale, which wasn't built yet.

Look very simple. Send a certified letter to the presidents address. Go to the Assement office pull up the corporate charters , His personal address should be there. Send the owner a certified letter and state your case. Its Illegal for anyone in any state to refinance anything without your approval. If what you say is true . There is a law more than likely that revolves around a trust fund . This law will make the owners personally liable for that debt and will have to refund your Money.

They tryed that with me , even after I paid my unit in full. Once I served the onwer with a certified letter he got involved. They are really a huge scam company.I still own 2 units there and they are not work 1/5 of what I paid for them ,They are junk . I tryed for almost 10 years to unload them no bites. the maintence fees are almost a 1000 a month per .

This owner is exactly what you see a man who gets fat screwing its clients. I am a business owner and we do around 11 million a year and let me tell you if I had my way I would love to take him on Corporately they are a pure fraud! Run

Legal counsel is easy to hire down there you can make a depsit to an attorney for about 1,000 dollars . Wish you well it isnt hard to sue them its really easy . If you need help I can show you how to get all their personal address and the laws that will help you. And no I am not an attorney I am in construction . I just cant stand how they beat on people.

The information you provided doesn't sound right at all. How can you refinance a property without knowing it? Sounds like they just told you something to get you off the phone.

Get your paperwork together and read what you have signed. Then go to an attorney for clarification. I don't understand how you can finance something that doesn't exist yet and then refinance it without knowing it.

Even timeshares have physical properties on which the time for the timeshare is sold. Don't sign anything else with these people.
