Westlake Financial Services California Fraudulent Business Practices against loan recipients Los Angees , California

It is apparent that WestLake Financial is at the top of its game when it comes to fraudulent business practices ... I am a soldier in the US Army and unfortunately locked in on a car loan with this less than reputable institution. 

I am getting charged for insurance that I do not hold with them, I am entitled to a reduction in interest rate as an Active duty soldier which I have been getting the run around on and being passed on from person to person and this company is refusing to lower my payments so that when I am deployed it is easier for me to be sure that the payments are made along with other bills while trying to save ...

As an active duty soldier working in the US Army I am entitled at least being acknowledged as well as assisted with reference to a decrease in my interest rate, which is a federal law for all active duty military personnel. I also do not want to pay for services that I dont have with WestLake financial, which they continue to charge me for in my car payment... after having been trying for the past 3 months to get them to fix the interest rate and the past year for the fraudent insurance charges, I was passed on from person to person, who were nothing short of nasty and uninterested in taking my requests seriously et alone rectifying my account.  Anytime I asked for a supervisor I was dismissed and once I finally came back on leave to the Los Angeles Area I asked to be able to come down in person to clear it up and was told I was not permitted to do so and would not be allowed in the office. 

I have been over charged for insurance that I dont have through WestLake Financial and dont now since the car is in storage until I return from the Army and deployment, as well as my requests for lowering my interest rates and monthly payments are being ignored and pass on from representative to representative. 

At this point I am seeking to take legal action to rectify this because it appears they continue to defraud anyone they cboose without fear of consequence.  This is the last straw, this company needs a wake up call and the superiors who allow these representatives to continue to conduct illegal business practices as they do now.
