Westside Transport Compnay is dirty and the day dispatchers are not professional. Cedar Rapids Iowa

I  worked for Westside Transport for a few months and the reports on this website is true. The former employee's are not lying on this company.I have seen so many drivers quit from Westside and the safety guys are rude and dirty.The day dispatchers are arrogant and rude as f***. They are unprofessional. I had a female dispatcher who looks aweful in the face..No lie.She look like a transexual. She was a lying a** pig. The manager of dispatch is dirty and grimey.

Drivers have said bad stuff about her. She should be fired from Westside. The safety guuys fire people easy.You have a small incident you will be fired. It can be a non DOT incident. Safety will let you go and the guys won't give you a 2nd chance.

The shop guy is rude and arrogant and he can't be professional over the phone. Some drivers have wanted to kick his a**. I wanted to hurt his feelings when I was there. He is not right and he should not be a phone agent..

I really think some of the workers are prejudice.No sense of hiding this from you.

The owner will not take up for you and he won't even call you to get a report.The owner's secretary won't even tell the owner to call you when you are having issues.She won't do her job. She won't give you the owner's phone number. She is crazy.

Look at the ghetto name they picked for his company. Westside. That is ghetto and they are silly for using the name "Westside."

The person who teach orientation every week. I think that person is slow.Arrogant and can be rude all the time.

Company have decent equipment and the trailers are ok too..Please stay away from Westside. The dispatchers can mess up your DAC and the safety guys can mess you up too.
