 The company promised to help reduce the amount owed on the mortgage along with a reduction in the interest rate. They received payments amounting to $4000.00 which they said would cover the legal expenses. Anytime they requested information it was emailed to them as well as to myself so I would have a record of the requests. In the papers they provided they say they would keep the client informed of the progress of the case. This was not done. It would take several calls & emails to finally get a response. They never investigated the fact that the mortgage had passed through several companies. Whe the servicer requested information from them they never contacted us in a timely manner so that the information Could be passed on to the servicer. We have now been served with a notice that the bank intends to foreclose on us. When Tammy Whitewas informed of this she said the legal department of the company would be in touch which they still haven't done after several emails & calls to the company. We have had to hire a foreclosure defense attorney now. This company doesn't deserve to be in business.
