WFCB World Financial Capital Bank delibertly out to distroy my credit Columbus, Ohio

over year ago WFBC sent me a letter which i have asking that they would take off ^0% and pay them this amt the acct would be paid off. Well I sent them the money and never heard from them until a collection agency started harassing me. I* sent them a letter stating wfcb never noted my acct that I accepted this offer. They also never contacted me to tell me one check did not pay.

After getting a copy of my credit report and seeing they sent to collections and I over $200. I was furious. I wrote the BBB and sent them copies of the letter WFCB sent me, also a letter from my bank saying an error was made and they tried to debit someone else acct. showing my check was returned when in fact it never went to my account in in the first place. So WFCB says sorry we never made a mistake will not remove the collections off your credit report. i am now going to send them the letter from my bank saying oops see if you would of told me this along time ago maybe this could have been taken care but you never let me know.,

So basically they are trying to ruin me, my credit report and my life and they say they have done nothing wrong, mmm their customer rep failed to note my account about the whole issue, WFCB never let me know my check never cleared (since it went to another account they also charged me rtn ck fee at WFCB). so what do you think if they arent trying to screw me over and ruin me? They won't amid that they made an error. I refuse to give them a dime...I have proof there were errors made so at least they can do is admit it, say sorry and clear me account!!!!
