WFNNB - Chadwicks Charges me fees up to $120 per month. Columbus Ohio

I have tried to make payment arrangements with this company for over 8 months. I talked with two representatives. I was told to send my request in writing as well as emails, and telephone calls for the request. I did all of this and as of 2/14/09, I have a minimum balance due of $1,052 and a full balance of $3,469.10. They never addressed my requests (over 100 requests). I have been having financial difficulty. This is the most recent inquiry I sent trying to request assistance and though they say call and have programs to assist, this is not true because I have tried over 100 times and never received any assistance.

ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATES

I have mailed, faxed, and sent over 100 emails requesting assistance in reference to financial hardship and neither requests have been granted. I have spoken with representatives that gave me fax numbers to send my request and still no financial hardship granted. I could see if I wasn't trying to make arrangements to pay my bill in this weak economy not knowing if I will have a job or not.
