WFS Financial / Wachovia Dealer Services Santa Ana, California/ Charlotte, North Carolina 7 years of 24% high interest rate, harrasment, rudeness, verbal abuse, threats, Repo and now Fraud Insurance paying over a year and there is no insurance and wasn't any but you charged us for it and added late fees, more interest and what ever else you could milk from us... My husband and I have an account with the formally WFS Financial now known as Wachovia Dealer Services of Santa Ana, Ca. The Branch we deal with is in Charlotte, N.C. We have had problems with them for many years. Learning that are interest was/still is at 24% for 7 years That being our stupidity is set up on an Allotment. Then they said we did not have insurance to they gave us their insurance through Balboa Insurance. We called and faxed them our AIG insurance information but was told once it was on it we could not remove it. So for 6 months we paid double insurance and let our AIG run out. Keeping Balboa Insurance because we could not remove it. With them adding their insurance our pmts went up causing the truck to run late A pmt was made, they repoed the truck after two days later, holding our pmt for a few more days before posting. Over being behind not even a full pmt. After paying all the expensive in getting the truck back, I was hit in the back of the truck. We called to get all the information on the insurance because we were never sent any paperwork but was repeatedly told we had insurance. WFS/ WDS said to call Balboa Insurance. They tell us that we do not have insurance that it was stopped in July 2006. Now one year later still paying their insurance we find out that there wasn't any? Trying for 2 weeks now in getting the paper work they are telling us they are working on the paperwork? What to create a false account? We are defiantly going to have to seek a lawyer and take Fraud Charges against them. I guess they thought they could work us over because we never knew the interest rate. And paid so much extra over the years. Shame on you WFS/WDS!
