WFS - Westlake Financial Services RIPOFF BEWARE!! TELL EVERYONE AND WARN THEM Los Angeles California

First and foremost--if you are considering a loan from this company or have looked into financial institutions for a loan and came across WESTLAKE FINANCIAL- run to the ends of the earth from them!!!

After doing business with this God forsaken poor excuse for a business company called Westlake Financial, I went to car dealerships everywhere in my state and simply mentioned their name--every single one of them reacted the same way and had nothing but negative things to say. One car dealership even went as far to say that
"westlake is supposed to be a second chance finance company for people who are trying to overcome past financial hardships, but the problem is, once these consumers use them, their credit is in worse shape at the end than what it was when they started doing business with them" All due to their illegal practices!

They changed my due date without my permission, which caused me to look late and acquire outrageous late fees. They constantly harassed me and my references on a daily basis. They do not document anything!!

They hire mexicans who cannot speak good english nor understand english to do their dirtiness. I am sure most are probably illegal aliens being in California.

Our family got so tired of them harassing, that I started to play the same game with them, we would answer the phone with an accent and say " No, Howwy not here, she went to Mehico to get tacos, wont be back, car went bye bye"

Every day we would have a new story and we just kept it up. Finally, the harassment slowed down when I started making phone calls and filing reports to all kinds of consumer agencies. The federal trade commission, the BBB, the Dept. of Corporations, my state government consumer protection agency, and the attorney general. I suggest that anyone who is wrapped up in a mess with this company, call all the agencies that I mentioned above.

Be sure and warn everyone you know, splatter their name all over the internet, even on messageboards. If enough people band together and kill their reputation by telling the truth- westlake will cease to exist and thats the way it should be.
