Whataburger abuses customers, sadistic employee named chester, Orlando Florida

I go to whataburger a lot haven't had any major problems there, except some strange employees but no one rude. I go recently to place an order. The sicko takes my money, and closes the window shut. Right before he opens the window, he 'slams' open the window door So hard, and So loud, and I mean extremely hard and in a very specific way i can't even describe it. I have never experienced a food service worker slamming a window like this, or experienced something like that to where I would literally be in pain from it. I would not be writing this complaint, if in the manner he slammed it was not very extreme and seemingly intended to shock and almost injure a customer. If he did that while an old person was there they may have had a heart attack. The psycho that did this was "chester"--I believe, a black guy...from the amused look on his face he most likely did this intentionally, and he got the intended raection he desired. My chest has been in a lot of pain ever since this occurred, and the entire situation was really strange. This sicko seemed to intentionally want to injure a customer or shock or upset a customer by opening the window in this way. I'd like to say.. ok well maybe it was stuck or maybe you know...something happened, but I don't think that is the case.. he did it liek just suddenly..and I was genuinely shocked and very upset. Ive been through fast food hundreds of times like anyone else and have never experienced anything like this. After he slammed open the window the way he did he just looked at me and away liek almost giggling..ie he knew exactly what he did and why...like it was a joke to him that I was not only shocked but that my chest is in serious pain after he did that. How can someone slam a window so hard that someone nearby is having chest pain from it? I was very angry adn annoyed not only at that btu at the fact that my heart is still in pain.. this is injuring a customer, not through physical means or contact but by other means and imo is illegal and grounds for firing an employee.. please fire this piece of sh*t for doing what he did. Now these psycho fast food workers and employees out there are tryign to hurt customers in this way? How do they get away with it? I will never go back to that whataburger as long as that sick person is working there...what will he do next and to another customer??
