Wheel Works tire ripoff Oakland California

Requested 2 rear tires be removed. Both Goodyear. One was damaged and needed to be recycled. The other was fine, in good shape, good tread and was to replace my funky spare. 2 employees looked at my tires, confirmed the job, and when I went to pick it up, an older tire with no tread on the edges was on my spare. When I angrily inquired about my missing tire, everyone in the shop denied ever seeing the good tire.

The man who removed my tires denied that I had two back tires that were the same. They showed me over and over the bad one that was in the recycle pile. One man who took my order tried to tell me that the one they put on as a spare was one of the 2 tires I bought in '02 (which was a lie, I bought two front tires back in 02, both still on the vehicle). The other man who saw my tires, who ordered the tires for me, denied ever looking at the one that wasn't the damaged one. These guys are theives and liars.
