Wheelmax MAJOR RIPOFF. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTLY NOT RECOMMENDED Miami Florida

Bought set of wheel and tires for my son car for christmas 2006. all look good and arrive fine. after two weeks on the car, wheels lips chrome side start to bulb and chip away. car never did see a car wash, it is a show car to display at car show and get only clean by hand with sopa and water.

this occured only on 3 wheels out of 4. sended pictures immediatly and requested evaluation for warranty. several email and digital pictures were send over 6 months with no answer.

finally got they attention when i called to buy new set of wheel / tires then explained my problem then suddenly was given an RMA since based on my pictures look like a defect.. bough extra set of 4 wheels and tires (exact same model as i like it ) and after been ensured that it was not a problem with that rim type. was ask to send my old set back for an evaluation/ exchange what i did via fedex.

Now, 6 months later (total of a year +) after buying two set of wheels and tires, i'm still have not get an answer, nor had my wheel exchanged, nor send back to me if they decided not to exchange it.

Wheelmax still own me my set of rim that they have in their hand since september 07. i have not be told anything else since, i have not get any answer to my call, email, RMA request....

The new set of rim i bough is holding well and that set has not chipped at all.

so wheelmax, where are my first set of wheel i send you? would you exchange them? do they evaporated in cyber space? do you just hope i will forgot about them?
very very poor company, you are lucky i cannot find an executive level name or email , as i will be very happy to tell them what i think...

i will come down to visit one of these days, i want my wheel back that i pay for.
This is theft.
