 my situation all begins back in January I received a red complaint letter in my door complaining about loud noise. Loud music and trash being set otside the front door. So I goes to the rent office to see wats the problem bc I dnt own a radio nor does my children play in the house for it to be loud noise complaints. So when I get there and sit dwn and begin to talk and ask questions about the letter she dnt even begin to discuss what's on the paper she tells me something about a fugitive she through me off for a minute and I asked her what was a fugitive before it really dawn on me what it was. So she was referring to my Friend girl who was helping me out with the kids getting off the business while I'm at work. I didn't know anything about her legal matters and I explain that to the property management and after she informed me the consequences what could happen if she was seen or caught at my resident I deceased that right then and their. I had asked my next door neighbor if she could start getting the kids for me . Ok my never came back after I told her what my landlord said. I was still receiving complaints in my door.

So I goes back together the office letting property management know I'm not jeopardizing my apartment for noone I have my kids here. So I gets a letter stating their attorney is investigating. They will let me know something in writing. I was filing complaints about how a wreck the apartment in and i have several work orders in and they hvnte fixed nothing. I have pictures of celing about to Cavendish in at anytime. Tub faucet leaking for about two weeks now. Freezer nor refrigerator work at all. First three freezer was working and just not the refrigerator. Maintenance came and rigged it up. Stop right back working! Now its all out since about three daysw now. Big air passage in my patio door were its causingw the heat to escape. Front door not secured enough . They came and rigged that up but it just needs a whole another door. Bathroom over flooded with backed up waste all onto the carpet. Maintenance shampooed the carpet but pulled it up fromthe floor and the silver door stopper piece tow the bathroom door never came back to repair. It to them from 5:30 to 9:45 that night to get someone to come handle the situation. So for the month of February I got $200 off my rent . Rent normally $549 but I only had to pay $349 I over paid . I paid $365 so when I paid my rent for March on march 3rd I paid$533 only because I had a credit from February. Rent late on the fifth I paid third. She signed my moneyw order and dated and said I was in the clear.

I received a letter in my door on 6th of march stating something about possession. of their keys. Notice written in ink at the bottom stating rent money order was not accepted because rent was late and short. My question is how? I have facts it wasn't late or short. So I goes back in the office pertaining this situation and she makes a copy of the letter I brought that was in my doore she states their attorney says they can't accept the rent payment. I had just asked her on the third of march when I paid the rent have she heard anything about the supposedly pending case from their attorney she said no she hadn't heard anything else since. So then she states she gave my money order to a maintenance worker to deliverit to my apartment. I wasn't there so dey felt free to give it to someone who isn't even on my lease. So not professional. Why not contact me by phone and ask New toe contact in tow the office so we could have resolved the matter. So now my money order is lost is leftwing for me to trace and not them. So not fair. One o. property management said he was going to call New next day at 11:30 with accurate information. And trace the money order but never heard from him. Now its eviction notice on my door on march12 which is today. They look fake and messy. Deputy line crossed out. talking about tenant fails to pay rent. Lies! I need some help! They need to be shut down. I havee pictures and recording..
