This company also makes cotton swabs for Dollar General Market under the DG label. I have had lightening strike twice when buying these store brand knock-offs for Q-tips. The first was the DG brand there was a small piece of pubic hair embedded inside the cotton. Now this time there was a long piece of hair embedded and coiled completely around the cotton swab tip. I am very disgusted because when you call the customer service you get a really s****.>

I have had several issues with their cotton swabs also having hair embedded in them. This is gross! They are based out of China. The hair appears to be pubic hair not the hair on your head.
