White Diamond Realty I agree with Bob and Feel Rebuttals Are Faked... Spring Hill, Florida

I too have had similar experiences with this company. I emailed on several properties; no response. Called left messages, no response. Called a second time, ditto. On the third call I did reach someone in the office (Teresa). I was placed on hold for several minutes. She seemed agitated and had a non-friendly demeanor. VERY short tone in her voice.

I explained that I had made numerous attempts to contact their company and had been unable to get anyone to respond. I said you must be very busy to not be more anxious to answer inquiries on several properties that you have listed. In a very brusque voice she began demanding to know who I had contacted and when. I went down the list and she said "Well, I find it hard to believe that you contacted 3 people and NOBODY returned your call." I was flabbergasted. I thanked her for taking time out of her busy schedule to actually ANSWER the contact phone listed. I hung up and promptly found a company to deal with who made my experience much more pleasurable than this one would have been, and I am happily in my new home. One of the homes that I was very interested in is still listed in their database and this was 4 months ago! Thankfully I made a good decision here, and my home is sold.

Concerning the rebuttals listed here, I find it hard to believe that complete strangers would take time to leave a positive referral for company and spend half of their post BASHING someone who simply wanted to share a negative experience and resort to name calling like a grade schooler. " bod or whatever your name is" "angry, grumpy old man" "your (you're OR you are, perhaps?) are a probably one of the people who are loosing (ummm did you mean LOSING?) your home " "get a life" "Bob did you get evicted from a White Diamond rental for non payment?" It is typical of the abrasive and very unprofessional experience that I had with this company. I stumbled across this post while leaving a positive referral for the company that did do a very good job helping me get in my dream home. I felt so bad for what they have done to Bob that I just felt I should share my own personal experience.

If you are concerned with your reputation, then you should look within yourselves and make improvements on your customer service skills. There are many weekend workshops which should improve your customer relations greatly. When you are in a service related industry, you simply MUST treat ALL people with dignity, respect and conduct yourselves at ALL times with professionalism. (YES, this includes renters, your garbageman!) If you do not, and instead respond in a vicious manner to a situation, you are only going to further damage your reputation. The majority of people are going to see straight thru it. Perhaps the owner should reconsider the people who represent her reputation and business. Remember, each person you treat this way tells five people, and those five tell five. The internet accelerates this process exponentially. I'm just saying....
