By far the worst cleaning company I’ve ever come across. I used this company for regular cleaning services and found the cleaning to be below anyone’s expectations. Dust is left around the house, floors are not wiped and kept completely wet – they ruined my floorboards overtime, toilets were not cleaned, shower wasn’t scrubbed and they totally ignore the soap build up, broke my vacuum from being so rough and never vacuumed properly. They come in and RUSH to clean. The owner Jenn Hutzel promised the best in services and quality of clean but the cleaner could never live up to what she was selling as part of her services. I complained repeatedly even sent pictures to Jenn as proof of what a poor job was being done. She promised to ensure the cleaners would not make those mistakes again which of course they did and I was still expected to pay for what ended up being multiple unsatisfactory cleans. Any good business would NOT charge a client for unsatisfactory service but the fact that was never even offered to me is obvious that the owner is clearly trying to make money, makes promises she cannot keep, lies to get herself out of sticky situations and pretends that she knows each of her clients when in fact you just another form of payment that she wants to collect. Don’t believe those testimonials you see.. her website has been down for a year, notice that there is NO way to leave reviews on her company because she clearly has a lot of unhappy clients. The testimonials on her website are fake (from the cleaners that actually work for her) and OLD from 2010.
